Favor Auto is definitely a good choice of premium used car dealer in Penang island. Have purchased 2 cars from Alex (the founder of Favor). He is an honest, friendly and professional person. Good knowledge on various types of cars and aftersales services also very good. So far the 2 cars are purchased at reasonable price with the right condition as described. No hanky panky or hide up from Alex. Even allow to bring up your own mechanic to check up the car to ensure your confidence in order to close the sales deal. Purchase process is rather smooth and easy. Each of the purchase cost breakdown is clearly quoted and explained. I would get back to support Favor in the future.
